Annual Medical Outreach, a collaborative effort between Team SWAYA and the One Hope Foundation of Just Jesus Assembly. This vital outreach is part of our shared commitment to expanding access to quality healthcare for underserved communities.
Through this partnership, we are providing free medical consultations, health screenings, medications, and health education to individuals and families who might otherwise lack access to essential healthcare services. Special attention is given to vulnerable populations, including the elderly, women, children, and people living with disabilities.
This year’s outreach builds on previous successes and continues to promote our shared goal of improving community health and well-being through compassion, collaboration, and holistic care.
